The Intention Engine / Workflow automation pilot

Create more. Automate the rest.

Spend more time on the work you want to do. Let a custom workflow handle the repeatable parts.

Work directly with Trinity Harrison on video, audio, images, 3D, or everyday business tools, with review where you need it.

What you get

A small project with a useful finish.

  1. 01

    A defined workflow

Map the task, agree on one input and one output, and decide how to judge whether the result is useful.

  2. 02

    A working implementation

Build the agreed workflow around your tools. Use AI where it helps, and straightforward automation where that is enough.

  3. 03

    Checks before handover

Test representative examples, make missing information visible, and agree on where a person approves the result.

  4. 04

    Something you can run

Receive the project files, operating instructions, and a walkthrough. Future improvements can be scoped when you need them.

A real project / Anonymized

A podcast episode becomes a review queue.

For an independent interview podcast, I built a workflow that transcribes episodes, suggests timestamped moments, and turns approved selections into captioned clips. The operator keeps the editorial decisions.

  1. 01Transcribe

Episode audio becomes a transcript with word timestamps.

  2. 02Find moments

A local model proposes spans, titles, and on-screen hooks.

  3. 03Review

A person checks the source and approves or rejects each selection.

  4. 04Export

Approved clips get vertical and landscape versions, captions, and post copy.

Delivered: captioned video exports and a repeatable review process. Project identity and source material are withheld.

Try the review step.

Choose a fictional candidate, then approve or reject it. Only an approved selection unlocks its review notes.

01 / Suggested moment

12:14 → 12:51 37 seconds

Consistency beats waiting for inspiration

On-screen hook: Show up before you feel ready

I used to wait until I felt inspired. That meant I hardly made anything. Now I sit down at the same time every day. Some days the work is terrible, but at least there is something to improve.

A clear change of mind, with enough context to stand on its own.

In the real workflow, the reviewer can open the source episode and adjust the span, title, and hook before approval.

02 / Your editorial decision

Waiting for your review

Check the context, wording, and ending. The workflow cannot approve a selection for you.

03 / Prepare approved exports

Vertical 9:16 and landscape 16:9 clips, captions, and post copy.

Approve this sample to unlock its review notes.

Your consultant

Work directly with Trinity.

I bring over 25 years of software engineering experience across backend systems, applied AI, and data-intensive products. You work with the person who scopes, builds, and explains the workflow.

My independent work includes TRUDI, an open-source forensic investigation system, and VERA, a tool for recording verifiable analyst command histories.

Background and credentials

Before we start

A few practical details.

What kinds of tasks fit a pilot?

A repeatable task with a clear starting point and result: preparing content for review, document intake, copying approved data between tools, or turning recurring exports into a usable report. We check the fit before quoting. A larger workflow like the podcast project is scoped separately; a pilot starts with one useful step.

What does the starting price cover?

A small workflow with one agreed input and output, testing on representative examples, a review step, and handover. The final scope, fixed fee, access requirements, and schedule are agreed before work begins. Additional systems, subscriptions, and ongoing support are priced separately.

How will we handle business data?

Begin with a description of the task. We agree on access, data handling, and any AI service before sharing business records. Sample or anonymized data can help us establish the approach.
